The drills are categorized into the following areas: Pre-practice drills, 3-player drills, free throw drills, team drills in the half and full court, and individual drills. The drills emphasize a variety of important fundamentals, including shooting on the move, spot shooting, partner shooting, and working to improve shooting range.
